Superhair0 is a business specializing in makeup and hair dressing / styling - your hair and makeup “superhero“ if you will. Owned and operated by Kate Drayton an award winning hairstylist and makeup artist.
Kate has won multiple awards for long hair styling as well as editorial work.
Based in Wanaka, Kate does mobile (and now onsite in Luggate) hair and makeup for weddings, special events, photoshoots and runway. Kate also now does face painting for special events and parties -adults as well as kids functions!
Kate has 18 years of experience in hairdressing, wedding hair styling and makeup artistry. Qualified with a national certificate in hairdressing, diploma in makeup artistry and many other courses in advanced hairdressing and styling including polished skills by Justine Wolf. Kate keeps herself relevant to changing fashions and makes sure her skills are up to date with modern styles. Kate also likes to engage with her clients and followers on Facebook and Instagram, by posting fun photos and videos with helpful tips and tricks as well as showcasing her work.
Kate also works part time doing cuts and colours as a free lance hairdresser, where she specializes in hair ups, blondes, balayage and textured hair cuts.
Weddings are Superhair0’s most popular Wanaka hair and makeup service, being based in the beautiful Wanaka where people come from far and wide for the stunning scenery on their magical day. Kate prides herself on making your hair and makeup a fun, exciting and enjoyable part of the wedding day.
