Recently I have learnt that professional face paint is actually make up! it doesn’t crack, it doesn’t irritate the skin*, it glides on beautifully and it washes off with soap and water. And so my addiction began. being a makeup artist and an artist my journey into face painting has been pretty straight forward and is a fantastic outlet for all my glittery bright coloured dreams.

The Paint
I use BODYFX face paints, they are water activated makeup that is wax-based. This makes them ideal for line work as well as blending with sponges. Face Paint by BODYFX removes easily with soap and water.
This paint comes enriched with an active antiseptic agent, ensuring a clean hygienic service every time.
The Glitter
I used BODYFXs Good Glitter, this glitter is cosmetic grade, meaning that it can be used for application on your face, body, hair and crafts. All their glitter is made from cellulose that is derived from eucalyptus trees, which makes it 100% biodegradable/ certified compostable.
